Dreamhouse is an exclusive villa that welcomes its guests into a protected and panoramic haven just outside the city centre, in the heart of the Monte Mario Nature Reserve, in one of the most exclusive residential areas of Rome. On the ground floor the elegant living room with fireplace with direct exit in the garden, dining area and open kitchen acts as liaison between the 630 sqm of the interior and the 750 sqm of the exterior. The open-plan living/biliard room opens directly out to the pool (living room) and to the garden (billiard room). Also on the ground floor is a suite with independant entrance and direct access to the pool, bathroom with shower, sitting room with fireplace and panoramic mezzanine with view over Rome with double bed. The floor is completed by a guest bathroom next to the entrance. An essential, scenographic staircase leads to the top floor with a panoramic double bedroom suite with bathroom with tub and shower and terrace; two large double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. The basement floor is accessible from both the outside and the inside via an internal staircase. It consists of a large open-plan area used as a studio and living area with double sofa bed, bathroom with shower, TV room with home theatre with exit to a little courtyard, bathroom with shower, laundry room with direct access to a service courtyard and service rooms. Also in the basement is the exclusive wellness area with a 20 sqm indoor heated pool 1.3 meters deep with hydromassage, emotional shower, cedar sauna 6 sqm , thalasso therapy, ice waterfall, herbal tea area, bathtub and shower.


On one side, the villa faces the Mediterranean garden with the magnificent infinity pool and solarium overlooking the skyline of the capital; on the other side it faces the exotic garden with waterfall and palm trees on the lawn and with, above, the citrus grove and organic vegetable garden.The villa borders on one side with another structure, but the 750 sqm of park, the quiet private road with large area in front of the property and the bubble system rediffusion render it completely “green” and so ideal for fabulous relaxing stays and dream weekends. The exterior is equipped with brick barbecue, fireplace, pizza oven, table tennis, table football, panoramic outdoor living area, hammock, and wisteria pergola next to the living room. The portico hosts the outdoor dining area that opens onto the garden with wall waterfall, accessible from the entrance and near the kitchen.

Swimmin Pool

The magnificent infinity pool and solarium overlook the city skyline. The solarium with its height of 139 m above sea level is one of the most scenic points of the city (along with the Pincio and the Gianicolo). All around are the wonders of the capital: the most important architectural monuments, the Altare della Patria, Vatican City, Piazza di Spagna, Colli Albani and Prenestini, the Foro Italico, the Olympic Stadium. The pool with a small beach is rectangular, measuring 15 x 8 m, has a depth varying from a few centimeters to 1.80 meters, is equipped with an indoor Whirlpool. With salt purification and white PVC lining, it is set in the high quality white flooring of the living area, with the teak solarium at the western end equipped with sunbeds, a hot and cold-water shower and bathroom. The internal and external pool lights, plus the immediate access from the living room and the suite, make it possible to enjoy the pool area in the evening and at night as well. The pool is open from the last Saturday of April to the first Saturday of October.


Dreamhouse, surrounded by greenery and with a unique structure, enjoys a wonderful view of Rome, the capital of Italy, a city considered unique in the world. The historic centre of the Eternal City, together with the extraterritorial properties of the Holy See inside the city and the Basilica of Saint Paul Outside the Walls, is among the 53 Italian sites included by UNESCO in the World Heritage List. The historic centre, enclosed within the Aurelian walls (on the left of the river Tiber) and the Janiculum walls (on the right of the river), includes 25,000 points of environmental and archaeological interest with some of the most important monuments of antiquity in the world. Not to be missed, about 5 to 20 minutes by car from the villa, are: the Imperial Fora, the Baths of Caracalla, the Colosseum and the Circus Maximus, the Mausoleum of Augustus and that of Hadrian, on which stands Castel Sant’Angelo, connected in turn to the Vatican City State by a fortified corridor, the Passetto di Borgo, the Pantheon (called by the Romans“La Rotonda”), the Ara Pacis, the monumental columns of Trajan and Marcus Aurelius, the piazze: Campo dei Fiori, Piazza Navona, Piazza di Spagna dominated by the famous stairway, Piazza del Popolo with the characteristic twin churches, Piazza Venezia with the imposing Vittoriano with the Campidoglio behind it, the Largo di Torre Argentina, Piazza Trilussa and Piazza Santa Maria in Trastevere. The churches considered true masterpieces of art: Santa Maria Maggiore, San Giovanni in Laterano, San Paolo Fuori le Mura, Santa Maria in Cosmedin (Mouth of Truth), Santa Maria del Popolo (Caravaggio), San Luigi dei Francesi (Caravaggio) and, of course, the Basilica of St. Peter. Also, palaces, art galleries, museums and catacombs.
