The annual meeting between Emma Villas and their owners returns to Florence.

On Friday, March 29 at the conference hall of the Hotel Il Mulino in Florence, the first meeting of the Emma Villas Lab 2019 was held, which allowed a new discussion between the Managers of the various Emma Villas  departments and the owners who had arrived in large numbers from many regions, such as Tuscany, Umbria, Emilia Romagna, Liguria, Sicily and Veneto.

After the great success of the Emma Villas Tour last year, Emma Villas has renewed the annual appointment with their owners in Florence and next week the second stage will take place in Rome. The Lab has arisen from the need and desire of the company to create a real laboratory, a formative opportunity for owners and collaborators on important issues: market trends, commercial innovations that will be introduced by the company from the next season, presentation of new regulations and much more.

The event occupied the entire morning; President Giammarco Bisogno opened the meeting with a video-recap of all the sessions of the 2018 Tour. The event was well received in terms of attendance (over 150 participants in total).

The meeting started around 9.30 am with a welcome coffee for the Emma Villas owners, which saw them coming together as a group.

A great response from the owners who, after the intervention, requested, visibly satisfied, a discussion with the various departments, from Booking to Sales, from Marketing to Administration, during the second part of the event dedicated to the Workshop.

We have had a meeting aimed mainly at the technicalities of our sector. There are many innovations that we are studying and it seems right to let our owners know about them. We are aware that technology is advancing but we must not lose sight of the human side.

Giammarco Bisogno

Emma Villas wishes to thank all those who attended this first event and to take the opportunity of inviting those owners who were not able to participate to register for the next stage, which will be held in Rome on Friday, April 5.
