After Florence, the Emma Villas Lab 2019 arrived in Rome today at the Cardinal Hotel St. Peter.

On Friday, April 5 the second meeting of the Emma Villas Lab 2019 was held in the conference hall of the Cardinal Hotel St. Peter, with further discussions between the Managers of the various departments of Emma Villas and their owners, who flocked in great numbers to the Eternal City.

After the great success of last year’s tour, Emma Villas have renewed their annual appointment with their owners in Rome too. The Lab has arisen from the need and desire of the company to create a real laboratory, a formative opportunity for owners and collaborators on important issues: market trends, commercial innovations that will be introduced by the company from the next season, presentation of new regulations and much more.

The meeting started around 9.30 am with a welcome coffee for the Emma Villas owners, which saw them coming together as a group.

The event then occupied the entire morning, with the President Giammarco Bisogno who opened the meeting with an initial speech and a video-recap of all the sessions of the 2018 Tour, and then went on to address the main themes provided in the programme, including important formative concepts, and to present a few important commercial innovations, aimed at improving the experience of both owner and  guests. The event was well received in terms of attendance (over 100 participants).

A great response from the owners who, after the intervention and visibly interested in the themes and innovations presented, requested a discussion with the various departments, from Booking to Sales, from Marketing to Administration, during the second part of the event dedicated to the Workshop.The heartfelt participation confirmed once again that Emma Villas, the Italian leader for more than 10 years in the market of tourist rentals of villas and country houses with swimming pool in our country, are close to their owners and manage to establish with them a constant bond of chemistry, debate and  growth.

Our owners really appreciate these days because they can better understand our ideas, our way of doing tourism. I really appreciate their physical presence and their interest in the topics covered. We must never forget, both we and the owners, the beauty of the work we do!
