This post is also available in: Italian

This magnificent villa will conquer you for its prestigious location, in one of the best areas of Lido di Camaiore, within walking distance of the exclusive beaches of Versilia and the town centre with its services and famous shopping streets.

Villa Chloè is part of a series of villas that were built around 1920 and known as “Roman” for their construction type. The building was subsequently divided into two units.

The  villa portion, surrounded on three sides by a garden and paved courtyard of about 200 sq m with space for up to three cars, is on three levels and was completely and finely restored in 2013.

The interior of this house is brightly-lit, elegantly and simply furnished with fine finishing touches that confer class and exclusivity to the rooms.

An external staircase goes up to the raised floor that leads into the entrance hall: on the left is the delightful living room, facing out onto a loggia perfect for outdoor meals and relaxing moments, the dining room and the cosy kitchen.

Also on the ground floor is a double bedroom also with direct access out to the loggia and a bathroom.

A spectacular staircase, in marble with an antique wrought-iron railing, leads from the entrance up to the first floor with the sleeping area composed of two double bedrooms, facing directly out to a terrace, and a bathroom.

From the first floor terrace, an iron staircase will take you up to two further panoramic terrace/solariums on the flat roof, which provide you with a romantic, picture-postcard glimpse of the sea and the Apuan Alps.

This seaside villa is the ideal solution for summer holidays as it is located just over 200 metres from the elegant promenade with bathing establishments, bars, restaurants and shops.

The location of Lido di Camaiore is ideal for exploring the lovely hills of Versilia, and is an excellent starting point for the main art cities of Tuscany and Liguria.

The villa has two floors, and two panoramic terraces overlooking the sea and the Apuan Alps as well as a laundry area in the basement. From the courtyard, five steps lead up to the raised floor.

The main entrance opens into an entrance hall, to the left of which is the living room with direct access out to the loggia, the kitchen with dining area and a first sleeping area with hallway, bathroom with shower and double bedroom.

From the entrance hall a marble staircase with wrought-iron railing leads up to the first floor with two double bedrooms, with access to the terrace, and a bathroom with shower.

An iron staircase leads from the first floor terrace to two further terrace/solariums on  the flat roof.

The park

Approximately 220 sq m of land surround the villa on three sides, in part a well-tended garden, with tall oleanders providing privacy and enveloping the house with their typical Mediterranean fragrance, and in part a paved courtyard with space for up to three cars.

Included in the price, the guests of Villa Chloè have access to the bathing establishment “Bagno Marisa”, about 500 m from the house, where they will be provided with a beach umbrella or canopy, sunbeds, deckchairs and access to the lido pool.

Furthermore, Bagno Marisa offers their customers bar service, a restaurant overlooking the sea, open for lunch and dinner, a children’s play area, table football, canoes, surfboards, paddle boards,  sunbeds at the water’s edge and pedalos.

Versilia is that geographical area that stretches from the Apuan Alps to the Versilia Riviera, the most  well known tourist-seaside area of Tuscany, cradle of the Italian bella vita of the 60s and 70s and precursor of the history of bathing.

All along the seafront from Marina di Massa to Viareggio is a succession of typical bathing establishments. Camaiore, with Lido di Camaiore, ranks among the most qualified tourist resorts in Europe. Villa Chloè stands in a very central position with the Lido seafront less than 50 m away.
