All this and much more is Villa Gioiello, the result of classic imprint in one of the most famous localities of western Liguria. The villa has 4 floors. The ground floor, in direct communication with the garden, consists of a brightly-lit living area with a sea-view terrace, a relaxation room, a dining room connected to a modern well-equipped kitchen and a guest bathroom. A sumptuous central staircase with an elegant wrought iron bannister by the Italian artist Alessandro Mazzucotelli leads to the upper floors comprising the sleeping area. On the first floor is the master area consisting of two large double bedrooms: the first with walk-in closet, en-suite bathroom with shower and a panoramic terrace, the second with a relaxing study area with pianola and en-suite bathroom with shower and tub. The second floor, dedicated to guests, consists of two double bedrooms and one twin bedroom, two bathrooms with shower (one of which en-suite) and a sitting room with sea-view terrace. The villa has recently been completely renovated, with carefully researched period materials and equipped with state-of-the-art technological systems. All the floors are also connected by internal lift. There is also a laundry area on the basement floor and an apartment for the villa staff with a separate and completely independent entrance. Location

Sanremo is one of the most important tourist centres of Liguria and owes its fame to the Casino and to the Sanremo Music Festival (Festival della Canzone Italiana di Sanremo). It was discovered by international tourism in the second half of the 19th century. The last few years have seen a revival of tourism thanks also to the brand new cycle path, one of the longest in Europe, which runs along the coast to San Lorenzo al Mare. Other places of interest within easy reach are Arma di Taggia, a seaside town rich in tourist attractions, nightclubs and restaurants, Triora with its magnificent medieval borgo, Badalucco, famous for its oil and its murals, Ceriana, with its evocative carruggi (narrow alleyways) and Bussana Vecchia with its International Artists Village.
